All cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, same-day cancellations, or no-shows will result in a cancellation fee.

A travel fee may be applied to services outside of DQP3 Cleaning Services’ standard service area. The fee is based on distance and will be communicated prior to service.
